Open the Lotto Social app and tap Menu in the top left corner of your screen.
Select Account from the menu options.
Click Manage Account to view all of your active syndicates.
Switch off the toggle next to your syndicate and confirm the on-screen steps. Your cancellation takes effect immediately.
Alternative route if the above isn't showing:
Services like Subby and Xpendy charge around £10 to cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You don't need them — cancelling Lotto Social directly is always free, instant, and guaranteed. And under UK GDPR, we're legally required to verify the identity of anyone requesting account changes — which means we can't action a cancellation sent by a third party. Only you can cancel your account.
