How to cancel in the app

    Open the menu

    Open the Lotto Social app and tap Menu in the top left corner of your screen.

    Go to Account

    Select Account from the menu options.

    Tap Manage Account

    Click Manage Account to view all of your active syndicates.

    Toggle off your syndicate

    Switch off the toggle next to your syndicate and confirm the on-screen steps. Your cancellation takes effect immediately.

Alternative route if the above isn't showing:

Go to the Syndicate page → tap the 3 dots in the corner of your syndicate → select View next to Manage Syndicate → follow the on-screen instructions.

    A second account on a different mobile number. This is the most common cause. If you've ever signed up using a partner's, child's, or secondary mobile number — particularly to access a promotional offer — that account may still be active. Cancelling one account does not affect others.

    The cancellation wasn't fully confirmed. If you toggled off a syndicate but didn't complete the final confirmation step, the cancellation may not have gone through. Check your email — if you didn't receive a cancellation confirmation, the account is likely still active.
